Remove an "active certificate" from a 6.0 PSC

Hello.  I have a 6.0 vCenter and 6.0 External PSC.  Am I able to remove an "Active" cert from the PSC using either the GUI or a command?  I've looked around but can't find any way to do it.  I'll keep looking and if I find something, I'll post back. 

The certs listed in the https://psc-fqdn/psc under "Certificate Authority" on the Active Certificates tab don't have options to remove them.

We would like to remove them so we can continue trouble shooting a Storage Provider install issue.
