How to solve a duplicateServiceRegistrationFound

In vCenter 7 Server Management the vAPI Endpoint has a warning:

Incorrect service registration found in Lookup Service. Multiple services registered on same URL - http://localhost:10098/topologysvc.

The Health XML shows:
