Unable to access Vcenter server

Hi ,

I got my Vcenter server not accessible from  Remote Desktop not from my Vsphere client at my laptop.

I can not :

1. RDP to my vCenter Server which uses 3389 TCP via RDP .

2. Cannot access vCenter Server using vSphere Client .

3. Cannot ping it.

I have restarted it, Power off and Power On multiple times , but no use.

I can connect  to the ESXi host using vSphere Client(on which Vcenter is installed ), Opened a Console to vCenter Server, and have checked the Vcenter is Powered on and responding.

Kindly suggest.
