Hi Need Help With my Vcenter Lab

I Build a lab for training but i encounter issues,when i deploy OVA files using Vcenter web Client issues said that need to install plugins.Tried to install plugins 5.5 but still same issue encounter,tried to restart but still same issues. Please see screenshot.
