Can't start VM ESXI 6.0 - Connection refused

Hello! I cannot figure out an issue and hoping maybe someone can give me some tips.

I have ESXI 6.0 host on vcenter server appliance 6.0. Everything was working fine. I then moved the hosts out of cluster into datacenter in vsphere. I then deleted the datacenter. Now I cannot start the VMs from vsphere when logged into vcenter server. If I log into the host directly with vsphere client, I can start the VM. Then back on the vcenter server, I can access the VM just fine and work with console, I just can't power it on.

The other Hosts that I did not move from the cluster to the datacenter do not exhibit this issue.

Any ideas of what to check?
