vSphere role permissions to run plugins

Hi All,

I am looking at providing the least privilege to a user group to enable them to run a particular plugin.

Are there generic permissions to apply to a role to enable access to a plugin, or is it dependent on the plugin itself?

The plugin is Symantec HA which does have its own role, however the permissions in the role are concerned with the functionality within the plugin.
