In continuation of the previous link..
I have a request to activate trunk on IBM blade servers. We have 14 ESXi servers in that Blade.
I have similar set up with ESXi5.5 with route based on originating port ID and without LACP enabled from Vsphere web client but it is working fine.
I have just come across few links,VMware KB: Host requirements for link aggregation for ESXi and ESX
This link suggests that it is only supported with we have route based on IP hash but we have existing configuration with Route based on originating port ID and it is working fine. So, my question is should I change my load balancing to IP hash or I should keep it with default settings?
