LAB - vCenter 6 and Platform Services controller with 3 ESXi 6.0 hosts

OK, I blew out my initial test lab of 6.0 to restart.

I have a VM for Platform Services Controller and vCenter Server and both are 6.0 on Windows Server 2012.

My esx hosts are all 6.0 as well.

I created my datacenter and created a cluster under it but with no hosts yet.

Everything is default setup and in demo mode.

Now what do I need to do to get my esx hosts in my cluster? I am pretty sure there something I need to do for Certificates on the ESX hosts and vCenter Server.

I had an original post about my first run here: VMTN

I was never able to get my hosts in a cluster.

Now I have been reading this doc on doing a "Regenerate a new VMCA Root Certificate and Replace All Certificates".

vSphere 6.0 Documentation Center

That doc states there is a batch file found at "C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\vmcad\certificate-manager.bat" but in either of my VM, platform controller or vCenter server, it does not exist. See attached pic.

What is next to add my esx hosts into my cluster?????
