Add an ESXi host that belongs to a network different from the vCenter Server network

I have a vCenter server with IP address 10.136.50.1 and an ESXi server with IP 10.136.1.110.

I want to create a nested ESXi server on 10.136.1.110 and add an ESXi server with  IP 10.130.2.101 as the nested ESXi server, but the problem I face is that the server with IP 10.130.2.101 belongs to a different network and hence the server is not pingable once added  . Is there a way so that I can enroll 10.130.2.101 in vCenter  such that its reachable?
