Hi,
I've got an issue with my vSphere 5.5 environment where the vCenter DB has grown to 50GB and 25GB of that growth has been since the 8th December.
Looking at the SQL DB it seems that login's and logout's are causing the DB growth:
32303248 32303248 vim.event.UserLogoutSessionEvent
32303247 32303247 vim.event.UserLoginSessionEvent
I have vShield deployed as we are using the endpoints with Trend, but when I look in vCenter it looks like vShield Manager is constantly logging in and then out again, so I suspect it is this that is causing the DB growth. I cant find anything to say why vShield Manager is logging in and out so frequently, if this is normal behaviour and if I can suppress these being logged and therefore recorded into the DB to stop that growing whilst I look for a resolution. So if anyone has seen anything like this before and is happy to share their thought/ideas I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance for your help
