Need to retrieve missed VM's and VC

Team,

Urgent help needed. We have lab set-up around  250 to 300 VM’s are running with 12 different host , EMC as storage.  Last Saturday there was failure and data got corrupted. We approved EMC and they cleared the dirty files. Now are unable to locate VC and many VM’s are in unknown and inaccessible.

All the VMFS files are looking good. What is the best possible way to retrieve the missing VM’s and VC.
