We have a SAN with (2)controllers on it for fault tolerance. We also have (2)separate storage networks(iscsi) for fault tolerance in case a network switch dies. So each SAN controller has separate connections into the 2 different networks. Those separate network switches are on different subnets. Our VMHosts have a dual-port 10Gb nic in them with a cable running to each network. Currently we have a single vSwitch for storage with (2)port groups(one for each subnet) and the (2)physical adapters on that same switch as well. This has been working fine, but since we are using to different subnets should we have (2)vswitches for storage with the correct port group on each? Thanks, Dan
