vCenter Upgrade 4.1 to 5.5 with SRM

Hi Folks,

We are upgrading our infrastructure from vSphere 4.1 to 5.5. We also having SRM in our infrastructure. Hence we are doing two phase upgrade i.e. from 4.1 to 5.0.1 and from 5.0.1 to 5.5.

To get rid of any existing issues related to OS for vCenter we are planning below upgrade strategy.

vCenter 4.1 to vCenter 5.0.1: Upgrade with Migration to another VM

vCenter 5.0.1 to vCenter 5.5: In-place upgrade

Is it fine approach? Also I would like to know what are the changes I have to make in SRM after I upgrade vCenter till 5.1 (as it is upgrade with migration vCenter now gets new name and IP)?
